Could better sleep positions ease your shoulder pain?

NCT ID NCT07376811

Summary

This study is testing whether adding specific sleep position guidance to standard physical therapy helps people with chronic shoulder pain from rotator cuff syndrome sleep better. Researchers will compare two groups: one receiving only physical therapy and another receiving physical therapy plus advice on how to position their shoulder while sleeping. The main goal is to see if the combined approach leads to greater improvements in sleep quality, pain, and shoulder function over 12 weeks.
