Summary

This observational study follows 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes to understand how sleep quality, anxiety, eating habits, and lifestyle relate to blood sugar control and pregnancy outcomes. Participants complete questionnaires and undergo glucose monitoring either in the hospital or at home using a sensor. The goal is to identify factors that may improve care for both mother and baby.
