Summary
This study tested whether a short educational program could help university students sleep better. 92 students were randomly assigned to either take the program right away or wait and take it later. The program involved three evening sessions over three weeks, teaching about sleep basics, healthy habits, and managing stress. Researchers measured changes in sleep quality, habits, and related beliefs.
