Summary
This study tested a three-session sleep education program for university students aged 18-30. 92 students were randomly assigned to either receive the program right away or wait. The program taught sleep basics, behavior strategies, and stress management. Researchers measured sleep habits and mental health before, after, and three months later to see if the program helped.
