First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tested a three-session sleep education program for university students aged 18-30. The program taught basic sleep knowledge, behavioral strategies, and stress management. 92 students were randomly assigned to either receive the program right away or wait. They completed sleep diaries and questionnaires before, after, and three months later. The goal was to see if the program could improve sleep health and related habits.
