First seen Nov 05, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a sleep-health program that uses habit-formation science to help young adults (ages 18-30) improve their sleep. Participants learn strategies to build healthy sleep routines, and some also receive text messages to reinforce those habits. The goal is to see if adding text support makes the new sleep habits stick longer.
