Summary
This study tests whether a cognitive behavioral program can improve sleep and blood sugar levels in adults with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will enroll 48 participants aged 31 to 75 who have had type 1 diabetes for at least one year and have poor sleep. The program focuses on changing sleep habits and will measure sleep quality and average blood sugar (HbA1C) before and after the intervention.
