First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether teaching people with long-term neck pain how to sleep better, along with doing special exercises, can improve their sleep and reduce pain-related disability. About 120 adults aged 20-55 with poor sleep and neck pain for over 3 months will take part. The goal is to see if combining sleep hygiene tips with physical therapy works better than exercise alone.
