Summary
This study tested whether teaching better sleep habits could improve sleep quality and reduce common menopausal symptoms like hot flashes and mood changes. Researchers provided face-to-face sleep hygiene education to 70 women who had gone through menopause. They measured changes in sleep and symptoms using questionnaires before and after the training.
