Can better sleep habits lower your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07257237
Summary
This study tested whether teaching simple sleep tips could help people with high blood pressure sleep better and lower their blood pressure. 138 adults with high blood pressure were split into two groups: one received a short educational session and follow-up calls about sleep habits, while the other received their usual medical care. After 8 weeks, researchers compared changes in sleep quality and blood pressure readings between the two groups.
