NCT ID NCT07347964
Summary
This study tested whether teaching good sleep habits could improve sleep quality and blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers worked with 100 adults who had diabetes for at least a year and reported poor sleep. One group received sleep education and kept sleep diaries for two weeks, while the other group received standard care for three months before getting the sleep training.
