Sleepless night? study probes link to cravings and laziness

NCT ID NCT07393607

Summary

This study aims to understand how getting very little sleep for one night affects a person's appetite, food choices, and physical activity over the next few days. Researchers will compare healthy men who are either sedentary, regular runners, or regular weightlifters. Participants will spend two nights in a lab—one with a full night's sleep and one with only 3 hours of sleep—while their food intake and movement are carefully tracked.
