Sleep tracker may spot depression risk in new moms

Summary
This study aims to see if sleep patterns can help predict postpartum depression in new mothers. Researchers will have 60 Hong Kong mothers wear a watch-like activity tracker for 14 days and track their mood. The goal is to create a risk index that could one day help identify mothers who need support.
