Summary

This study tested whether a personalized smartphone app could help adults with poor sleep get better rest. Over 600 participants were randomly assigned to either use the sleep improvement app for 12 weeks or be placed on a waitlist. The app provided tailored advice and tracked sleep to see if it improved sleep quality and how refreshed people felt in the morning.
