Summary
This study tested a sleep companion app to see if it could reduce emotional and social distress in children aged 6-12 who were staying in the hospital. About 97 children took part, and the app was designed to help them sleep better and feel more at ease. The goal was to improve their overall well-being during their hospital stay.
