Video game aims to help people breathe better while they sleep
NCT ID NCT07214636
Summary
This study is testing a new video game exercise system called ApneaTheraPlay, designed to help people with obstructive sleep apnea. The game guides users through breathing, aerobic, strengthening, and throat exercises they can do at home before bed. Researchers will compare the game-based exercises to a standard exercise program and a control group to see which approach best improves sleep and breathing.
