Summary

This study looks at how obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) impacts cognitive functions like memory and attention. Researchers will follow 100 adults with newly diagnosed OSA, using brain scans, blood tests, and thinking assessments. A subgroup using positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy will be tracked for 12 months to see if treatment helps protect the brain.
