Can a simple wristband help night shift workers sleep better?

NCT ID NCT06665672

Summary

This study is testing whether a commercially available wrist-worn device can help night shift workers sleep better and feel more alert. Researchers will measure sleep quality, blood pressure, and reaction times in 24 public safety or healthcare workers during simulated night shifts. The goal is to see if the device shows enough promise to justify larger future studies.
