One-Two punch for Sun-Damaged skin?
NCT ID NCT07053852
Summary
This small, early-stage study tested a combination treatment for people with sun-damaged skin and precancerous spots called actinic keratoses on their face. Ten participants received two treatments using a special gel (Ameluz) activated by a type of light therapy (BBL). Researchers measured how well the treatment cleared the precancerous spots and improved the appearance of sun damage like wrinkles and discoloration.
