First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares two lasers—fractional CO₂ (the current standard) and long-pulsed Nd:YAG—for making skin look younger. Researchers will measure changes in skin thickness, elasticity, wrinkles, and overall appearance on 15 adults aged 30-59. Each person will receive both lasers on different sides of their face to see which works better.
