Summary
This study tested whether adding exosomes from umbilical cord stem cells to a standard laser treatment improves skin redness, wrinkles, and tone. Twenty women aged 45 to 70 received both treatments on different sides of their face, and nurses rated the results after 60 days. The goal was to see if the combination works better than laser alone.
