Summary

This study aims to understand how inflammation and anti-inflammatory skin therapies work inside the skin. Researchers will use a suction blister method to collect skin cells from healthy volunteers and people with skin conditions like eczema. They will then analyze these cells to see how biologic drugs affect inflammation at the molecular level.
