Summary
This study is testing whether a new skin cream containing a specific fat compound can help repair the damaged skin barrier in people with chronic dermatitis. Researchers will enroll 180 men to see if the cream reduces water loss and improves skin symptoms over one week. A unique part of the study is to find out if a person's regular exercise level changes how well the cream works.
