New hand scanner aims to reveal links between diet and your Skin's health

Summary
This study aims to understand the relationship between skin carotenoid levels—a marker of fruit and vegetable intake—and various health and lifestyle factors. Researchers will use a new, portable hand scanner to measure these levels in 600 healthy Chinese adults. Participants will also complete detailed questionnaires about their diet, lifestyle, skin condition, and overall health to see how these factors connect.
