Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of an oral supplement and a skin serum can safely reduce dark spots and brighten skin. It involves 68 healthy women in Malaysia who have skin pigmentation issues like freckles or sun spots. Researchers will measure changes in skin spots and brightness, and monitor for any side effects.
