New drug trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat gynecologic cancers

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called SKB518 to see if it can help control advanced gynecologic cancers like ovarian, cervical, and endometrial cancer. It will involve about 290 adults whose cancer has progressed despite prior treatments. The drug will be given alone or in combination with other standard cancer medications to measure its effectiveness and safety.
