New drug cocktail shows promise for Hard-to-Treat female cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called SKB518, alone or with standard chemotherapy, in 280 people with advanced ovarian, cervical, or endometrial cancers that have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants will receive the drug by infusion and be monitored for side effects and response.
