Summary
This study is testing a new drug called SKB315 for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific protein called Claudin18.2. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the drug can help shrink tumors. It will involve about 246 participants whose cancer has not responded to standard treatments.
