Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called SKB264 for people with advanced lung cancer or nasopharyngeal cancer who have already tried other treatments that stopped working. The goal is to see if SKB264 can shrink tumors and control the cancer while monitoring side effects. Participants will receive the drug until it stops working, side effects become too severe, or they choose to stop.
