New drug trial targets advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study is testing an experimental drug called SKB264, given alone or in combination with other therapies, for people with advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and if it can shrink tumors. The trial will enroll about 356 adults whose cancer has specific genetic markers and who meet other health criteria.
