First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated Jun 24, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This phase 3 trial tests whether the drug SKB264 works better than standard chemotherapy as the first treatment for people with advanced triple-negative breast cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. About 524 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either SKB264 or one of several standard chemo drugs. The study measures how long people live and how long the cancer stays under control.
