New drug duo shows promise for tough breast cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug (SKB264) alone or with another drug (KL-A167) in people with advanced HER2-negative breast cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. About 175 adults with triple-negative or HR+/HER2- breast cancer will take part.
