Sitting volleyball trial aims to boost health and joy for people with disabilities
NCT ID NCT07164508
Summary
This study is testing whether two seated activities—a modified, lighter version of volleyball and seated dance—can improve physical fitness, balance, and quality of life for adults with physical disabilities. Researchers will compare these activities to a control group over 16 weeks, with follow-ups for six months. The goal is to promote these adapted sports in the community by training instructors and organizing classes and competitions.
