Sitting volleyball study aims to get disabled adults moving

Summary
This study will test if playing sitting light volleyball (SLVB) improves physical fitness and mental well-being in 225 adults with physical disabilities. Participants will be assigned to SLVB, seated dance, or a control group for comparison. The goal is to find a fun, effective way to promote exercise and better quality of life in this community.
