Summary

This study is testing if a program of short, regular activity breaks is a practical way to help older adults sit less and improve their health. It will involve 30 participants aged 65+ who sit for long periods and are overweight. The main goal is to see if the program is easy and acceptable for people to follow in their daily lives.
