Summary
This study tested a 16-week program called "Sit Less, Move More" for people with severe mental illness (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder). The goal was to see if it was possible to help them reduce sitting time and increase physical activity. 57 people took part, and the program included weekly planning sessions and phone check-ins. The study found that the program could be integrated into routine care and provided important data on how to improve physical health in this group.
