First seen May 07, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a two-step treatment for people with advanced liver cancer that has spread into a major liver blood vessel. First, tiny radioactive beads are placed in the liver to shrink the tumor from inside. Then, two immunotherapy drugs are given to help the immune system fight any remaining cancer. The goal is to see if this combination shrinks tumors more effectively than current treatments.
