Summary

This study tests a special stent (SiREX) to treat a ringing or whooshing sound in the ear that matches your heartbeat (pulsatile tinnitus). The sound is caused by a narrowed vein in the brain. The study will include 78 adults who have had this problem for over three months. The main goal is to see if the stent makes the sound go away 90 days after the procedure.
