Summary

This study follows 300 children and adults who have antibodies linked to type 1 diabetes but no symptoms yet. Over up to 10 years, researchers will track how their blood sugar and immune markers change. The goal is to better predict who will develop diabetes and to reduce severe illness at diagnosis.
