Tiny dissolving stent could keep nasal polyps from coming back
NCT ID NCT07498374
Summary
This study is testing a small, dissolving stent that slowly releases medication in the sinuses. It aims to see if this device can better control a specific type of recurring nasal polyps after surgery, potentially reducing the need for steroid pills or sprays. Researchers will compare the stent to standard steroid treatments in about 192 adults.
