NCT ID NCT07367217
First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study looked at a special material made from the patient's own blood (albumin platelet-rich fibrin) used during a sinus lift procedure to help grow bone for dental implants. 32 people with missing upper back teeth and not enough bone height received implants at the same time as the sinus lift. The researchers measured how stable the implants were and how much new bone formed over two years.
