New dental implant technique aims for gentler sinus lift

Summary
This study compares two methods to lift the sinus floor before placing dental implants in the upper jaw. Twenty adults with missing back teeth will receive either a newer rotating tool or a traditional tapping method. The goal is to see which approach gives better bone growth and implant stability with less discomfort.
