First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding erythropoietin to a special blood-based material (albumin platelet-rich fibrin) helps improve bone growth and reduce pain after sinus lifting and dental implant placement. Twenty adults with low bone height in the upper jaw will be randomly assigned to receive either the enhanced or standard material. The goal is to see which approach leads to better implant stability, less swelling, and more new bone.
