Summary

This study tests whether a gel containing povidone-iodine and budesonide, placed directly into the sinuses after endoscopic sinus surgery, helps reduce inflammation and scarring better than a placebo. About 180 adults with chronic rhinosinusitis will take part. The goal is to improve healing and long-term outcomes after surgery.
