Summary

This phase II trial tests the immunotherapy drug sintilimab combined with radiotherapy in patients with resectable locally advanced head and neck cancer. Participants receive sintilimab before surgery, then again after surgery along with radiation. The study aims to see if this approach improves survival and prevents cancer from coming back. It will enroll 37 adults with certain types of head and neck cancer.
