This study looks at 10 adults with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps to measure inflammation, tissue damage, and remodeling in the nose. Researchers will collect nasal fluid and tissue samples to analyze immune markers and structural changes. The goal is to better understand the disease, not to test a new treatment.
