Summary

This pilot study tests whether infertile women with uterine fibroids can safely have egg retrieval and fibroid removal in a single surgery. Researchers will track pregnancy, miscarriage, and live birth rates after transferring frozen embryos. The study includes 20 women aged 18-45 and aims to see if combining these procedures improves outcomes and reduces risks.
