One-Hour hope: quick therapy tested to lift mood and health for diabetic teens
NCT ID NCT06752369
Summary
This study is testing if a single one-hour therapy session can help teenagers with type 1 diabetes who are feeling depressed. Researchers want to see if this brief intervention is practical, if teens find it helpful, and if it can improve their mood and their long-term blood sugar levels (HbA1c). They will compare the therapy session to a basic education session in 80 teens aged 11-18.
