Summary

This pilot study tests whether a single online therapy session can help university students who are at risk for eating disorders but do not have one yet. Participants aged 18-25 will complete questionnaires before and after a guided session with a trained therapist. The goal is to see if this brief intervention can reduce how much they base their self-worth on weight, shape, or muscularity.
