First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests if a single injection of hyaluronic acid (a gel-like substance) into the knee can safely reduce pain and stiffness in adults with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will review medical records of 133 people aged 40-70 who received this one-dose treatment. The goal is to see if one injection works as well as the usual multiple-dose schedule, while lowering costs and visit burden.
